Mission
The objective of the Society for Iranian Linguistics is to promote research on Iranian languages and linguistics, and to facilitate communication among linguists and computer scientists working on these languages. Iranian languages here refer to both languages of the Iranian family and non-Iranian languages spoken within Iran. This website provides resources for the study of Iranian languages and linguistics such as publications, information about linguists, list of upcoming conferences, and links to relevant sites.
Join our mailing list for discussion of issues and announcement of events related to the linguistic and computational linguistic study of Iranian languages. You may use our Search option to look for a specific publication or dissertation, or you may browse the listings provided. The People page allows you to browse the researchers and scholars who are active in the field of Iranian linguistics.
This is a collaborative website so feel free to contribute and share your publications and resources on Iranian languages. If you work on Iranian languages, please help us keep this site updated by submitting your latest information and publications through our automated submission forms on the People page or the Publications page. Computational resources and tools can be added on the wiki site at Computing Links. Feel free to also submit relevant language resources, as well as the latest conferences on Iranian languages from our contact page.
